Air Conditioning
We install Trane’s latest 454B refrigerant systems because they are compliant, efficient, and match the neat routing we care about. Quiet condensers, matched coils, and tidy line sets keep comfort calm and predictable.
What it is
A properly sized Trane condenser, matched indoor coil, and lineset that we route with the same care as our heat pump work. We upgrade to 454B-compatible coils so everything is future-proof, leak-checked, and commissioned before we leave.
Who it is for
- Homes with aging R410A or R22 systems that are due for replacement
- Projects that want quiet outdoor units, clean line-set covers, and upgraded coils
- Owners planning to pair AC with future heat pump or IAQ upgrades
How we install
Installs typically take two days. Day one covers removal, coil swaps, line-set routing, and electrical/gas coordination. Day two handles charging, commissioning, and finishing touches. We protect floors, wrap line sets cleanly, and haul away debris.
Because AC pricing depends on capacity, coil styles, IAQ add-ons, and electrical work, we quote each project individually. Send photos and we will map out ranges quickly.

We lead with Trane’s new 454B refrigerant equipment because it is compliant, efficient, and backed by parts support we trust. Matched coils and condensers keep systems quiet and steady.
How long does an install take?
Most AC swaps take about two days. Day one covers removal, coil/line work, and new set, while day two handles charging, commissioning, and any trim details.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the mechanical and electrical permits, coordinate inspections, and file any paperwork required by the city or HOA.
Can you help with rebates?
We stay on top of local utility programs and help gather documentation so rebates are submitted correctly.
